N.O.R.E. is Still On The Run Training with the Bar-Tendaz! Follow N.O.R.E. on his mission as he trains to loose weight with some assistance from Giant of The Bar-Tendaz. Watch N.O.R.E. as he goes through extensive training with Giant and a few of his friends in Miami in the hopes of not only losing weight, but building muscle at the same time through Giants rigorous exercise routines. Then follow N.O.R.E. into a segment of Militainment Crazy Raw Radio as he brakes down the pain and rewards behind this kind of training. N.O.R.E. has already lost some weight through a diet of eating healthy and cutting back on alcohol, but now the real challenge begins! Stay tuned! CNN once again!
