NINTENDO WII 2010 Mind-Controlled Console!!!

Ha I don't know if this is true or not but I would'nt be surprised....

Nintendo is proposing mind-control for it's next generation wii.
T3 gives a little clue that all you have is a headset accessory that uses brainwaves to control characters and features immersing in-ear headphones.

Though brain-wave technology has already become a reality with Emotive pioneering in-game systems, but soon it seems Nintendo will come out with the first mind-controlled console on the market.

Nas's - Dream album collaborations...

Via MTV News

Last week, Nas told MTV News that he was dreaming about doing entire albums with Dr. Dre and DJ Premier. There's one other person he wants to go for an extended play with, a collaborator who may be a little easier to wrangle than the two production greats: his wife, Kelis.

"Me and my wife was thinking about doing this record together," he said.

Nas also said that since he has so many unreleased records in the can, it would be very logical to put out a Lost Tapes 2. But let's be very clear, the Queens legend isn't pulling the plug on Untitled anytime soon. It was the #1 album in the country in its first week of release, and more singles are coming. "Hero," produced by Polow Da Don, set the table for him.

"I was almost gonna not do a single, but I wanted a song I could hear in the clubs, 'cause I knew the album didn't have that," he said of the last-minute addition to his project. "I wanted a song that I could hear when I'm poppin' bottles. That's what 'Hero' was for me. Polow was one of my favorite guys; he's just a nice-ass guy. ... I was like, 'No single, no video. Let's just make this a record that we talk about.' "

Nas said he did take into account the people's opinions.

"Fans would have been like, 'But why he did it like that?' "

One of the songs that stick out to Nas from his new album is its (un)title track.

"I look at a lot of people who died trying to fight for freedom, like Che, Malcolm, Martin, Gandhi, all the way to Bunchy Carter, the Panthers," he explained. "So many different people from all over the world. And that just made me go, 'Damn.' You know, everybody says, 'Why'd they shoot down the people who are righteous? Why do they shoot down the people who just want things to be right?' It makes everyone scared to stand up. So even if you don't believe with [Louis] Farrakhan's beliefs, you gotta say the man dedicated his whole life to standing up for something that he believed in."

"He is proof that you can live to be old," Nas continued. "Not saying, 'Go say what Farrakhan is saying,' that's that man. But if you have something that you have to say, but you feel like ... your life is threatened cause of it, and you need examples [look at Farrakhan]."

On the track, Nas rhymes about standing up for his own convictions.

"In the beginning [of the song], it says, 'No revolutionary gets old/ Or so I'm told/ You're left full of bullet holes when you tell the people go free/ Oh? It's just a matter of days before they come and get me .../ I stood in the face of damnation. Satan, spat at 'em, flat out disgraced em.' Meaning, no matter who you are, say what you feel. Be who you supposed to be. If you gonna be the resistance, then be that resistance. Do what you have to do. Don't be scared to die, is basically it in other words. And if you are scared to die, here's a great example to go to: people like Farrakhan, people like Jim Brown, so many people, Muhammad Ali ... Ice Cube, yo! Crazy sh--." ...

QHH DJ SPOTLIGHT - Southside's Own - Grandmaster Vic

GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANDMASTERRRRRRRRRR

Grandmaster Vic

Grandmasta Vic “THE HIP HOP ICON” Grandmasta Vic, also known as G.M.V., began his iconic career as a D.J. from Queens’ South Jamaica projects in 1977. He was strongly influenced by the legendary D.J. pioneers such as Grandmaster Flash, Africa Bambaataa, Infinity Machine, Cipher of Sounds, Ank Span (known as Ankey’s Crew) & The Disco Twins. Not only did G.M.V. make a name for himself on the party circuit but also as a “TAPEMASTER”.

There are several DJ’s that claim to be the originators of the blends on mix tapes, G.M.V. was definitely the first to put an entire tape of acapella tracks over instrumental tracks together. Now it is a D.J. standard for mix tapes. Not only did it influence the mixtape circuit in America from then on, but it inherently influenced music as a whole throughout the Hip Hop culture. Artists from Herbie Hancock to Mary J. Blige began to take this formula to the bank. “You can’t talk about Southside, Queens without mentioning GRANDMASTA VIC…. One of the best DJ’s I’ve ever heard.” -Star (the from Star and Bucwild show)

Throughout G.M.V.’s career he played at all of the school/park jams and nightclubs in the NYC area. These experiences would put him in position to press up his first single “The Real Grandmaster” (Profile Records, 1986) with a pair of emcees called The Two. His next single would be with fellow Southside female emcees Frick and Frack. They recorded under the independent label, Invasion in 1988. In 1993, Hip Hop’s prophet of rage Chuck D from PUBLIC ENEMY believed in G.M.V. and his group CHOSEN TRIBE enough to executive produce their album. G.M.V. continued to be recognized throughout the tri-state area as the premier D.J. for high profile parties and events for gangsters and celebrities alike such as: Fat Cat, Pappy Mason, Gerald “Prince” Miller, Kenneth “Supreme” Mcgriff, Charles “Chaz” Williams, James Corley, Star from Star and Bucwild, ONYX, LUKE from the 2 live Crew, RAKIM, SNOOP DOGG, 2 PAC, Mr. CHEEKS, NAS and Biz Markie.

November 1995 brought his unique D.J. style to Las Vegas for the Holyfield-Bowe after party. Grandmasta Vic has received during his tenure as a Grandmaster of the mix, employment to tour with artists like NAS for the Illmatic tour and Usher’s highly acclaimed Confessions tour. He also has lent his skills to longtime friends, MR. CHEEKS and the LOST BOYZ. Throughout the years he has inspired up and coming DJ’s like Dogtime, Ike love, DJ Biz Markie, DJ Clue, DJ ENVY, & DJ ABSOLUT. He returned from a tour of Japan, Korea, Europe, Brazil, Kenya, & British Columbia thus reinforcing the claim of GRANDMASTA VIC being “THE WORLD’S GREATEST D.J.” and now the “The Icon”.

Currently he is working on projects for his son, Vic Damone who is signed to the legend Erick Sermon of EPMD and The Marley’s Ghetto Youth crew. He is also in the process of creating his own entertainment company with partners Eugene Bell and Joe Coker. He is currently exposing fans, new and old to the “GMV experience” in a city/town near you. Be sure to pay your respect.

The Almost impossible to get Nike Air McFly's

Walk a Mile in McFly's Shoes
by Mike Krumboltz

July 9, 2008 12:16:00 PM

1989 was a big year. The Berlin Wall fell. The Exxon Valdez spilled its guts. And there were protests in China's Tienanmen Square. But those were just side attractions to the year's most memorable moment—the debut of Nike's "Air McFly" sneakers in "Back to the Future 2."

The film, which largely took place in the year 2015, introduced viewers to many a futuristic wonder, but none were so iconic as the light blue high-tops worn by Michael J. Fox. Ever since the film premiered, folks have been begging Nike to produce the shoes for the masses. Now, Nike has finally obliged... sort of.

The shoes were recently revealed at an event headlined by Kobe Bryant. Ever the showman, the hoopster even arrived in a DeLorean. Fans lined up way in advance, but according to Wired, many went home disappointed. Nike only made 350 pairs of the specially designed kicks, not nearly enough to satisfy the fans.

The shoes were released in a very limited quality, but for hardcore fans who were shut out, there's always the capitalist slaughterhouse that is eBay. Pairs are currently going for up to $1,000 (power laces not included). As Doc Brown would say, "Great Scott!"

"Nuclear Winter represents many things. It represents dark times in our lives, it represents the state of NY hip hop & how I feel about it, & it represents my blueprint on how I think the music should be done going forward into the future. This is my manifesto to all the people that doubted me & the kryptonite to all selfishness. It's a journey from darkness into light, & from bondage & the huge amounts of weight on our shoulders to breaking free and regaining our freedom.
